Reflections. The 2012-2013 theme was “The Magic of the Moment...” Create a painting, take a photo, write an essay, compose music, or choreograph a dance for the Reflections competition! In 2012-2013, the theme for PTA’s Reflections program was: The Magic of a Moment. This theme was submitted through the Reflections Theme Search Contest by Kate Eldredge of Braun Station Elementary PTA located in San Antonio, Texas: “I wrote the theme the ‘Magic of a Moment’ because it’s true. Every moment of every day is unique, good or bad, no moment is the same. We all have that one moment that we can look back on and say, "I wish I could live that day over and over again.’” Tell us about your magical moment! Categories include Dance Choreography, Visual Arts, Film Production, Literature, Musical Composition, Photography. All Grades are divided into Primary: preschool-grade 2; Intermediate: grades 3-5; Middle: grades 6-8, Senior: grades 9-12. New this year is Special Artist Division. The deadline for submissions to Wolftrap PTA was October 19, 2012 Winning work will be selected in each category to be submitted to the VA PTA. All participants will receive a certificate of participation and will be honored during the Award Ceremony at Wolftrap Elementary. This year, your chairperson is Anna Demovidova.
