Edison Exposition Science Fair

"The Wonder of Science and Invention"
March 9, 2010 from 6:30 - 8:00
Wolftrap ES Gym and Cafeteria

The 2010 Edison Exposition will be an exciting science fair for all grades showcasing original inventions, science concepts and experiments.

Virtually everything you use today came from someone’s imagination. Thomas Edison remains one of the great inventors in world history!

  • Edison invented the phonograph in 1877. It recorded sound and played it back. Today, we have the iPod!
  • Edison invented the light bulb in 1878, imagine our world without lights?

All “Edison Expo Exhibitors” are encouraged to conduct an experiment to display to the Wolftrap community. You can pick your own experiment, or explain one of Thomas Edison’s experiments and how it has impacted your modern life. Or, click through the list of web sites for interesting ideas.  Don't know how to start?   Click Here
