Winter/Spring After School Programs

Schedule of Classes

• Many classes begin the week of February 6th, but please refer to the schedule for specific start dates and class duration. (Yearbook meets beginning February 2nd due to publication deadlines.)

Program Information

Sign-In Procedure. Please have your child go to the teacher’s lounge to sign in for his/her class each week. If your child usually goes to SACC, please have him/her check in at SACC before reporting to the teacher’s lounge.

Absence Notification Procedure. If your child is in school, but will not attend his/her after school program on that particular day, please notify the office with a note or phone call. For extended absences or absences from the after school class that you know about in advance of the day of the class, please send an e-mail to afterschool@wolftrappta.org.

Pick-Up Procedure. Your child should be picked up at his/her class location (indicated above). Your child will need to be signed out. Late fees of $1 per minute will be assessed if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Weather Policy. Wolftrap’s After School Programs follow the same inclement weather policies as Fairfax County Public Schools. After School Programs will be canceled if Fairfax County schools are canceled, close early, or if Fairfax County schools cancel after school activities.
